Beef/Mutton Mince Meat 1 kgs
Chilli Powder 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt (As Required) 1 pinch
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
potatoes 4 nos
Green Chillies (Chopped) 3 nos
Corriander Leaves (Chopped) 1/2 cups
Onion (Chopped) 1 nos
Few Mint Leaves (Chopped) 4-5 nos
Directions
In A Pan Put Mince Meat, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, And Potatoes (Peeled And Cubed) Add Little Water And Cook Till Potatoes Are Soft, Dry Up The Mince.
Let It Cool A Bit Then Mash Potatoes With Hand Add The Rest And Make Cutlet Shapes. Shallow Fry Dipping Each In Beaten Eggs.
NB: Put Pinch Of Salt And Chilli Powder In Beaten Egg.
