Ingredients

  • Beef Mincemeat (Kheema) 1/2 kgs

  • Onions (chopped) 2 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Salt (as required) 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Cummin powder (roast n crush) 2 tsp

  • Whole Garam masala (2 Cinnamon sticks, 4 Cloves, 2 Cardamon and little Cummin seeds 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic paste 2 tbsp Tomato puree 1 Capsicum (halved and de seeded) 2 tsp

  • green peas 1 cups

    On A Broad Tava Braise Onion With Oil Till Its Browned Up Add Mince Meat And Peas, Saute Till All Water Dried Up Add Tomatoes, Potatoes And All Spices Braise On Low Flame Keep On Stirring Till All Tomatoes Mashed Up.

    Fill Half Capsicum With Mince Meat And Place On Tava Sprinkle Garam Masala Then Simmer.

    Garnish With Chopped Green Chillies And Corriander Leaves.
