Smashed walnuts in a mortar or kitchen mallet
Cut banana into 1/4 inch of slices
Add all ingredients into a big bowl: add flour, milk, baking powder, eggs, walnuts, baking powder, coconut oil
Whisk everything together, until the batter is smooth
Add a teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan
Ladle batter into pan (with or without a mold)
Cook the 1st side for 2 minutes in medium heat (remove mold in the midst of it)
Then cook the remaining side for 2 minutes in medium heat
Serve with either maple syrup, yogurt, condense milk or honey.
