Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, smashed


  • 1 nos ripe banana, sliced


  • 1 cups flour or self raising flour


  • 1 cups semi skimmed milk


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

  • Smashed walnuts in a mortar or kitchen mallet
  • Cut banana into 1/4 inch of slices
  • Add all ingredients into a big bowl: add flour, milk, baking powder, eggs, walnuts, baking powder, coconut oil
  • Whisk everything together, until the batter is smooth
  • Add a teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan
  • Ladle batter into pan (with or without a mold)
  • Cook the 1st side for 2 minutes in medium heat (remove mold in the midst of it)
  • Then cook the remaining side for 2 minutes in medium heat
  • Serve with either maple syrup, yogurt, condense milk or honey.
