mix all flours in a vessel
add curd,salt redchilli powder,turmeric powder garam masala in it mix well
add water and prepare batter like idli or dosa batter keep aside for 5minutes
add baking soda to batter mix well
mix cottage cheese and veggies togather for topping keep aside
heat appam patra or pan brush it with oil ,pour batter in each section and top it with some filling
cook it for 2minutes from one side on low flame then turn brush little oil and cook for another 2minutes
serve hot healthy and tastyy appe with sauce
