all-purpose flour 3/4 cups
spinach puree 1/4 cups
chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp
salt or as per taste 1 tsp
sugar 1/4 tsp
chilli flakes 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Preheat the oven to 250°c for 10 minutes.
In a bowl put all the dry ingredients first , combine it well.
Then add oil,give a quick mix.
Add spinach puree little by little and make a bit hard dough.
cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2-3 equal portions.
Dust with flour and roll out each portion as thin as possible.
Cut with the cutter ,as your desired shape,prick with fork.
Once it's rolled out,place it on a piece of parchment paper, transfer to a baking sheet.
Now reduce the temperature in 200°c and bake it for 3-4 mins , check periodically.
Flip the crackers and bake another 3-4 minutes.
let it cool down a little.
Serve with dip and enjoy.
