Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 7-8 nos agati flower chopped


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1/2 cups chana dal ( soaked in warm water for 5 minutes)


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 nos green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp salt or as required

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds.
  • Add green chilly and chana dal.
  • Add onion and saute for a minute.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and chopped flowers.
  • Mix it well and close the lid of cooker. Cook for 5 minutes under pressure and switch of the gas.
  • Remove on a serving plate and serve hot.
