Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 nos carrot


  • 1 nos onion


  • 2 nos coconut small pieces


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 6 nos garlic


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 nos cinnamon stick


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 10 nos curry leaves


  • 5 nos mint leaves


  • 2 cups fried grams

Directions

  • Put the fried grams in mixer jar and make it nice powder and keep it aside
  • In mixer jar, add pieced carrots, onion, coconut, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds,ginger, garlic and grind it without water. If you want sprinkle some water
  • In a bowl, Add fried gram powder, ground carrot mixer, required salt, chilly powder, Turmeric powder,garam masala, curry leaves and mint
  • Kneed it gently
  • Make it small balls
  • Deep fry it and enjoy with hot tea
