Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 8 nos bok phool / agati flower chopped


  • 1 nos onion sliced


  • 1 nos tomato chopped


  • 2 tsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  • Add onion and saute for a minute.
  • Add tomato, salt, turmeric powder and mix.
  • Meanwhile dry roast gram flour . When tomato turn mushy add red chilly powder and chopped flowers.
  • When flowers shrink in size dust gram flour and cover for some time. Sprinkle some water if needed.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
