Ingredients

  • Rajma( soaked 8 hours) 2 cups

  • chopped onion 3.5 nos

  • chopped tomato 3 nos

  • Green chilly 4 nos

  • ginger 1 nos

  • Garlic clove 7 nos

  • Chopped Coriander 1.5 tbsp

  • Kasoori Methi 1/2 tsp

  • Haldi 1 tsp

  • Pisa Dhaniya 1.5 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Mustard Oil 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 3 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

Directions

    Wash Rajma In A Pressure Cooker Add 5 Cup Water, 1tsp Salt And Mustard Oil Pressure It Till One Whistle

    Flame Small Low Cook In Pressure 20 Minutes Simultaneously Heat Oil In A Pan Add Onions And Fry Till Golden Brown In Between Grind Tomato, Ginger, Garlic And Green Chilly Once Onion Golden Brown Add Tomato Mixture And Some Water Add Chopped Coriander And Whole Masale And Fry Till Oil Remove Open Pressure Cooker

    Stir Rajma Add Tadka In It And Stir And Cook For 2 Minutes.

    Serve Hot With Rice. Pour Some Chopped Onion And Green Chilly In It (Optionally)
