Ingredients

  • 2 cups rajma( soaked 8 hours)


  • 3.5 nos chopped onion


  • 3 nos chopped tomato


  • 4 nos green chilly


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 7 nos garlic clove


  • 1.5 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1.5 tsp pisa dhaniya


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp mustard oil


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Wash Rajma In A Pressure Cooker Add 5 Cup Water, 1tsp Salt And Mustard Oil Pressure It Till One Whistle
  • Flame Small Low Cook In Pressure 20 Minutes Simultaneously Heat Oil In A Pan Add Onions And Fry Till Golden Brown In Between Grind Tomato, Ginger, Garlic And Green Chilly Once Onion Golden Brown Add Tomato Mixture And Some Water Add Chopped Coriander And Whole Masale And Fry Till Oil Remove Open Pressure Cooker
  • Stir Rajma Add Tadka In It And Stir And Cook For 2 Minutes.
  • Serve Hot With Rice. Pour Some Chopped Onion And Green Chilly In It (Optionally)
