Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 3 tbsp black chickpea


  • 3-4 nos potato(boiled)


  • 2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves


  • 2 tsp chilli powder


  • 3 nos bread crumbs of bread


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 4-6 nos green chilli


  • 1 nos coriander leaves a handful


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • soak the chickpeas in water in night.and in the morning grind them in a mixture.
  • add boiled potatoes, chaat masala, coriander leaves ,chilli powder and salt to taste.
  • make any shape as you like.make a thin cornflour paste and add black pepper and little salt to it.
  • spread bread crumbs in a plate.now dip your kavabs in a cornflour paste then over bread crumbs and deep fry or you can shallow fry also in a pan.
  • make green chutney and add curd to it and make curd-coriander chutney.
