soak the chickpeas in water in night.and in the morning grind them in a mixture.
add boiled potatoes, chaat masala, coriander leaves ,chilli powder and salt to taste.
make any shape as you like.make a thin cornflour paste and add black pepper and little salt to it.
spread bread crumbs in a plate.now dip your kavabs in a cornflour paste then over bread crumbs and deep fry or you can shallow fry also in a pan.
make green chutney and add curd to it and make curd-coriander chutney.
