Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Rasogulla - 5 pieces

  • Coriander leaves - 1/2cup

  • Mint leaf - 1/4cup

  • Chaat masala - 1teaspoon

  • Roasted cumin powder - 1teaspoon

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Sev bhujiya - 1/2cup

  • Boiled potato - 1/4cup

  • Pomegranate seeds - 1 tablespoon

  • Tamarind chutney - 1teaspoon

  • Yogurt - 1 tablespoon

  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Directions

    Take a jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and salt grind it in fine paste.

    Take a bowl add paste then add 1litre chilled water mix it well then sprinkle chaat masala and cumin powder.

    Take a bowl add boiled cut potatoes then add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder mix it well.

    Squeeze all the rasogulla then dip it into the mixture water.

    Coat the rasogulla with Sev bhujiya then put it in serving plate.

    Add potato mixture on top then put tamarind chutney, yogurt then sprinkle pomegranate seeds, red chilli powder, chaat masala and some bhujiya.

    Delicious and instant rasogulla chaat is ready to serve.
