  • 5 piece rasogulla

  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves

  • 1/4 cups mint leaf

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cups sev bhujiya

  • 1/4 cups boiled potato

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

  • 1 tsp tamarind chutney

  • 1 tbsp yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • Take a jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and salt grind it in fine paste.
  • Take a bowl add paste then add 1litre chilled water mix it well then sprinkle chaat masala and cumin powder.
  • Take a bowl add boiled cut potatoes then add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder mix it well.
  • Squeeze all the rasogulla then dip it into the mixture water.
  • Coat the rasogulla with Sev bhujiya then put it in serving plate.
  • Add potato mixture on top then put tamarind chutney, yogurt then sprinkle pomegranate seeds, red chilli powder, chaat masala and some bhujiya.
  • Delicious and instant rasogulla chaat is ready to serve.
