Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1 cups

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • Carom seeds 1 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Boiled potato 1/2 cups

  • Green peas boiled 1/4 cups

  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take a bowl add all purpose flour then add 2tablespoons oil, carom seeds and salt to taste mix it well then add water make a soft dough and keep it aside.

    Take a pan add oil then add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and coriander seeds fry for 30sec.

    Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder fry for 30sec.

    Add potato fry for 2min then add coriander leaves mix it well and add salt mix it well and turn of the flame.

    Take the dough make small ball then stuff the potato mixture bind it then put it in baking tray.

    Put it in preheated oven for 10min on 180°c.

    Serve it hot with coriander chutney.
