  • 1 cups all purpose flour

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp carom seeds

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cups boiled potato

  • 1/4 cups green peas boiled

  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • Take a bowl add all purpose flour then add 2tablespoons oil, carom seeds and salt to taste mix it well then add water make a soft dough and keep it aside.
  • Take a pan add oil then add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and coriander seeds fry for 30sec.
  • Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder fry for 30sec.
  • Add potato fry for 2min then add coriander leaves mix it well and add salt mix it well and turn of the flame.
  • Take the dough make small ball then stuff the potato mixture bind it then put it in baking tray.
  • Put it in preheated oven for 10min on 180°c.
  • Serve it hot with coriander chutney.
