Take a pan add oil then add ginger, garlic and green chilli saute.
Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum, carrot fry for 1min.
Add beans fry for 1min then add all the sauces and vinegar fry for 30sec.
Add noodles and rice mix it well then sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
Fry for 5min on low flame.
Serve it with sauce.
