Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 10 nos garlic


  • 1 piece green chilli


  • 1/2 cups onion


  • 1/2 cups capsicum


  • 1/4 cups beans


  • 1/4 cups carrot


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 cups rice cooked


  • 1 cups boiled noodles

Directions

  • Take a pan add oil then add ginger, garlic and green chilli saute.
  • Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum, carrot fry for 1min.
  • Add beans fry for 1min then add all the sauces and vinegar fry for 30sec.
  • Add noodles and rice mix it well then sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
  • Fry for 5min on low flame.
  • Serve it with sauce.
