Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 4 nos boiled potato


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 nos greem chili


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves a handfull


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp sabzi masala

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds add chopped green chilli saute it
  • add tomato let it cook for some time add all spices and salt cut potatoes in big size and add it.
  • saute it for some time add water cook it for few minute
  • garnish with coriander leaves,add garam masala.
