Ingredients

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • boiled potato 4 nos

  • tomato 2 nos

  • cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • greem chili 2 nos

  • coriander leaves a handfull 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • sabzi masala 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds add chopped green chilli saute it

    add tomato let it cook for some time add all spices and salt cut potatoes in big size and add it.

  • 03

    saute it for some time add water cook it for few minute

  • 04

    garnish with coriander leaves,add garam masala.
