3 nos small packs of leftover ice cream (different flavour)
1-2 tbsp chopped pistachios, almonds and dry rose petals
Directions
In a bowl, mix all the flavoured ice creams along with half of the chopped nuts. Fill the kulfi moulds and freeze overnight.
At the time of serving, dip the moulds in water for some time and then garnish with the remaining nuts. Enjoy this innovative Ice Cream Kulfi as and when desired.
