Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups dal mungi dhuli


  • 3/4 cups dal masri


  • 1.5 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped tomato


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 4 nos garlic clove


  • 1.5 tsp chopped coriander


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp pisa dhaniya


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Wash Both Dals In A Pressure Cooker Add 2.5 Cup Water , 1tsp Salt And 1/2:Tsp Haldi Pressure It Till One Whistle
  • Turn Of Flame Heat Oil In A Pan Add Onions And Fry Till Golden Brown In Between Grind Tomato, Ginger, Garlic And Green Chilly
  • Once Onion Golden Brown Add Tomato Mixture And Some Water Add Chopped Coriander And Whole Masale And Fry Till Oil Remove Open Pressure Cooker .
  • Stir Dal Add Tadka In Dal And Stir Serve Hot With Rice Or Chapatti Or Both
