  • Dal Mungi dhuli 1/4 cups

  • Dal Masri 3/4 cups

  • chopped onion 1.5 nos

  • chopped tomato 1 nos

  • Green chilly 2 nos

  • ginger 1 nos

  • Garlic clove 4 nos

  • Chopped coriander 1.5 tsp

  • Haldi 1 tsp

  • Pisa dhaniya 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1.5 tsp

  • Oil 2 tsp

Directions

    Wash Both Dals In A Pressure Cooker Add 2.5 Cup Water , 1tsp Salt And 1/2:Tsp Haldi Pressure It Till One Whistle

    Turn Of Flame Heat Oil In A Pan Add Onions And Fry Till Golden Brown In Between Grind Tomato, Ginger, Garlic And Green Chilly

    Once Onion Golden Brown Add Tomato Mixture And Some Water Add Chopped Coriander And Whole Masale And Fry Till Oil Remove Open Pressure Cooker .

    Stir Dal Add Tadka In Dal And Stir Serve Hot With Rice Or Chapatti Or Both
