prepare a hard dough of all purpose flour add little oil as a moin and little salt in it.
roast besan in oil add crushed garlic coriander seeds in it.roast it and add all spices,garam masala and salt.roast nicely till nice aroma spreads.
prepare small balls of all purpose flour.roll pooris of equal size.fill the stuffing and make kachodis.
fry the kachodis in oil till golden brown.These delicious kachodis can be kept for long time and very convinent and delicious for travel .
