add water and rice grind well to form smooth lump free paste
add Besan and salt with dry masala in a bowl
Add rice paste and mix well
Make well in centre and pour hot oil
mix well and allow to cool
Knead into smooth dough
Grease sev mould. Add dough into it
Press batter into hot oil
Deep fry over high heat until golden brown
Drain excess oil over tissue paper. Cool completely and store in airtight container
Serve as required
