Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/4 cup oats


  • 2 eggs


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced Capsicum


  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced onion


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes


  • 1-2 small green chillies finely chopped


  • 2 tbsp grated carrot


  • 1 tbsp chop deseeded tomato


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Directions

  • dry roast oats and then grind it to fine flour.In a bowl mix oats flour, salt turmeric ,milk pepper Oregano and red chilli flakes
  • add eggs to the mixture and whisk well
  • in a separate ball keep all the chopped vegetables ready
  • Heat pan with little oil/ butter or ghee and pour eggs mixture on it
  • spread the egg mixture like a circle , arrange all the vegetables on top of the egg mixture and gently press with the back of a spoon
  • Sprinklee Little pepper powder on the top , cook over low medium heat for 5 minutes
  • flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes
  • Garnish with cheese if desired
  • Serve hot
