dry roast oats and then grind it to fine flour.In a bowl mix oats flour, salt turmeric ,milk pepper Oregano and red chilli flakes
add eggs to the mixture and whisk well
in a separate ball keep all the chopped vegetables ready
Heat pan with little oil/ butter or ghee and pour eggs mixture on it
spread the egg mixture like a circle , arrange all the vegetables on top of the egg mixture and gently press with the back of a spoon
Sprinklee Little pepper powder on the top , cook over low medium heat for 5 minutes
flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes
Garnish with cheese if desired
Serve hot
