  • 1 nos large ripe cold banana chopped

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cups cold low fat yoghurt

  • 1/2 cups chilled skim plain milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • blend all the ingredients well in a Blender or a mixer
  • add sugar if required as per taste and blend. this is optional step
  • add ice cubes if required
  • Pour the smoothie in serving glass ,garnish with Cinnamon and serve cold
