1 nos large ripe cold banana chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cups cold low fat yoghurt
1/2 cups chilled skim plain milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
blend all the ingredients well in a Blender or a mixer
add sugar if required as per taste and blend. this is optional step
add ice cubes if required
Pour the smoothie in serving glass ,garnish with Cinnamon and serve cold
