Peel raw bananas. Slice into thin roundels in water
While second raw banana being sliced, let tue first sliced ones be in water. Similarly for 3rd one
Dry raw Bananas over kitchen towel. Heat oil for frying
Deep fry until crisp and golden brown on edges over medium heat
Drain excess oil over tissue paper
Sprinkle salt and pepper, toss well. Store in airtight container. Serve
