Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4-5 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1-2 tbsp cornflour


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 nos bay leaves


  • 4-5 nos black pepper


  • 2 tbsp paneer,grated


  • 1 tbsp malai


  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 nos coriander leaves a handfull


  • 1 tbsp cashew

Directions

  • boil potatoes.grate potato paneer and add cornflour red chilli powder salt to make a dough.
  • make equal size balls of it.fill malai in between.
  • fry them till golden brown.make 3 paste first grind onion in a mixer to make a paste.
  • grind tomato green chilli coriander leaves and make another paste.
  • soak cashew in water and make the 3 paste.In another kadai heat oil crackle cumin seeds bay leaves black pepper
  • add grinded onion saute it for some time.add all spices and salt.then add 2 paste,saute it.
  • add 3 paste saute it.cook till masala starts leaving the pan.
  • dd water as desired.let it cook for few minutes.
