  • Cashewnut and raisins 1 tbsp

  • Black salt 1/3 tsp

  • Jeera powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped coriander 1-1/2 tbsp

  • green chilly 1 nos

  • chilly powder 1/3 tsp

  • tamarind chutney 2-3 tsp

  • green chutney 1 tbsp

  • pomegranate 2 tbsp

  • chaat masala 1/4 tsp

    CUT OFF EDGES FROM 6-8 BREAD SLICES

    DIP BREAD SLICES IN 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK , SQUISH

    SHAPE INTO BALLS, FILL WITH 1/2 TSP CASHEWS & RAISINS.

    DIP BREAD BALLS IN 1 CUP CURD, TOP WITH TAMARIND & GREEN CHUTNEYS.

    SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA & 2 TBSP POMEGRANATE SEEDS.
