4-5 nos big loafs of bread
1 cups curd
1/2 cups butter milk
1 tbsp cashewnut and raisins
1/3 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1-1/2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 nos green chilly
1/3 tsp chilly powder
2-3 tsp tamarind chutney
1 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp pomegranate
1/4 tsp chaat masala
Directions
CUT OFF EDGES FROM 6-8 BREAD SLICES
DIP BREAD SLICES IN 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK , SQUISH
SHAPE INTO BALLS, FILL WITH 1/2 TSP CASHEWS & RAISINS.
DIP BREAD BALLS IN 1 CUP CURD, TOP WITH TAMARIND & GREEN CHUTNEYS.
SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA & 2 TBSP POMEGRANATE SEEDS.
BREAD DRY FRUIT DAHI BHALLAS ARE READY TO SERVE.
