  • 4-5 nos big loafs of bread


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1/2 cups butter milk


  • 1 tbsp cashewnut and raisins


  • 1/3 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 1-1/2 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1/3 tsp chilly powder


  • 2-3 tsp tamarind chutney


  • 1 tbsp green chutney


  • 2 tbsp pomegranate


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala

Directions

  • CUT OFF EDGES FROM 6-8 BREAD SLICES
  • DIP BREAD SLICES IN 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK , SQUISH
  • SHAPE INTO BALLS, FILL WITH 1/2 TSP CASHEWS & RAISINS.
  • DIP BREAD BALLS IN 1 CUP CURD, TOP WITH TAMARIND & GREEN CHUTNEYS.
  • SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA & 2 TBSP POMEGRANATE SEEDS.
  • BREAD DRY FRUIT DAHI BHALLAS ARE READY TO SERVE.
