Ingredients

  • 1 cups corn kernels


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion


  • 1-2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cucumber


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum


  • 1-2 pinch black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 2 nos chopped green chillies

Directions

  • Healthily yum bhel of corn kernels without oil , with loads goodness of fresh veggies . Good for all and anytime munching ... Ready in minutes
  • Take corn kernels in a microwave safe dish , add salt to taste amd microwave for 5 minutes on high temperature
  • Add all the above mentioned ingredients , spices and chopped veggies in cooked corn kernels
  • Mix well and corn bhel is ready to serve
