  • Corn kernels 1 cups

  • Finely chopped onion 1 tbsp

  • Finely chopped tomatoes 1-2 tbsp

  • Finely chopped cucumber 1 tbsp

  • Finely chopped capsicum 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1-2 pinch

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • chat masala 1/2 tsp

  • chopped green chillies 2 nos

    Healthily yum bhel of corn kernels without oil , with loads goodness of fresh veggies . Good for all and anytime munching ... Ready in minutes

    Take corn kernels in a microwave safe dish , add salt to taste amd microwave for 5 minutes on high temperature

    Add all the above mentioned ingredients , spices and chopped veggies in cooked corn kernels

    Mix well and corn bhel is ready to serve
