Directions
Marinade Chicken With 1pinch Salt, Oregano And Bread Crumbs In Between You Can Cut The Vegetables Add Oil In Two Different Pans 1tsp Each First Pan Add Chicken For 1 Minute.
Turn Now Add Blanched Green Beans And Cheese
Add Pinch Salt And Black Pepper Sauté For 2 Minutes Another Pan Sauté Broccoli And Zucchini 2 Minutes Add Bell Peppers And Onion
Add 2pinch Salt And 1pinch Black Pepper And Sauté For 2 Minutes Put Into A Plate Take Mashroom And Boiled Corns (Don't Add Oil) Add Pinch Salt And Black Pepper.
