Ingredients

  • Onion=2

  • Tomato=3

  • 1 tablespoon salt,half tablespoon red chilli powder,one third black pepper powder,one third kitchen king, chaat masala,Maggie masala

  • 1 box half cut mushrooms

  • Ginger garlic=3 to 4 piece

Directions

    Roast onion with ginger garlic and jeera in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes

    Put tomatoes and all the spices left

  • 03

    Now cover the utensil for 2 minutes

  • 04

    Very important dont steam it to make gravy.just let it soft

  • 05

    Now add mushrooms

  • 06

    Garniah with coriander or dhaniya patti

  • 07

    Dry mushrooms are ready to serve
