Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos onion


  • 3 nos tomato


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 nos mushrooms box


  • 3-4 piece ginger garlic


  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/3 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/3 tsp kitchen king


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp maggie masala

Directions

  • Roast onion with ginger garlic and jeera in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Put tomatoes and all the spices left
  • Now cover the utensil for 2 minutes
  • Very important dont steam it to make gravy.just let it soft
  • Now add mushrooms
  • Garniah with coriander or dhaniya patti
  • Dry mushrooms are ready to serve
