Ingredients

  • onion 2 nos

  • tomato 3 nos

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • mushrooms box 1 nos

  • Ginger garlic 3-4 piece

  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp

  • Kitchen King 1/3 tsp

  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp

  • Maggie Masala 1 tsp

Directions

    Roast onion with ginger garlic and jeera in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes

    Put tomatoes and all the spices left

  • 03

    Now cover the utensil for 2 minutes

  • 04

    Very important dont steam it to make gravy.just let it soft

    Now add mushrooms

  • 06

    Garniah with coriander or dhaniya patti

  • 07

    Dry mushrooms are ready to serve
