Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8 piece jaggery


  • 2 tbsp refined oil


  • 15-20 nos moongfali or peanuts as much as you want to add

Directions

  • Melt jaggery in hot oil and at low flame stir it for 2 minutes.until it turn into chocolate type dark syrup
  • Spread oil at flat tray to make it cold and garnish with peanuts
  • When it become cold cut it into pieces
  • Yummy homemade gachak is ready quickly to serve as meetha after meal
