Almond Rocks

Almonds are the most consumed nut in the world and used in many recipes particularly Muesli, ice creams, pastries, cakes, cookies, biscuits etc. In this Diwali, we had received a chocolate box with a variety of chocolates and prepared using flavored biscuits, dry fruits, and whole nuts. I tasted all the chocolates and tried to recreate them on my own. One of them was roasted almond chocolate clusters. In this recipe, I used dark chocolate, melted and mixed roasted Almonds into it, made clusters. This recipe is easy to prepare and tastes awesome, can be stored for a longer period or wrapped and gifted for any occasion. Very good and healthy snack option for kids as well.
