Guacamole Sandwich N Half Fry


Guacamole Sandwich with half fry is the delicious breakfast for almost every age group.

  • Avocados 2 ripe

  • Red onion 1 small, chopped

  • Jalapeño 1, finely cut

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Red Chilli flakes 1 tsp

  • Fresh Cilantro 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste

  • Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon

  • Egg 2

  • Bread Slices 2


  • Cut the avocados into small cubes and put in the mixing bowl.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocados. Now chop all the other ingredients, which is jalapeños, onion, cilantro and add it to the mixing bowl.
  • Add salt, black pepper, lime juice and red chilli flakes and mix well.
  • Bake the two bread slices on skillet till crisp n Golden.
  • Apply Guacamole on it. Prepare a egg half fry and place over the sandwich.
  • Sprinkle chaat Masala and chilli flakes.
