Califlower 1 nos
ghee 1 cups
chashew paste 1/2 cups
curd 1/2 cups
bayleaf 1 nos
cloves 2-3 nos
cardamom 1 nos
peppercorns 2-3 nos
small onion 1 nos
peas 1/4 cups
rosted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
suger 1/4 tsp
Salt ( as per taste) 1 tsp
water 1/2 cups
Corriender leaves for garnish (optional) 1/2 cups
ginger green chilly paste(optional for kids) 2 tsp
* Wash, clean & cut califlower in pieces. cut onion into big chunks . set aside.
Grind chashew to a very fine paste. keep aside.
Shallow roast the califlower pieces in 1/2 a cup of ghee in a pan and keep aside.
Heat oil in a small pressure cooker. Add beyleaf, cardamon,cloves.
Add ginder paste, stir for few min. then add cheshew paste. stir well.
Add roasted cauliflower pieces, onion pieces, peas.
After that add wipped curd. Mix well. add suger, salt and all the rest of the masala. mix well.
After 5 min add water, stir and close the lid and cook for 10 min in medium flame upto 2 whistle.
After opening lid check in the califlower pieces. Further cook for few seconds without the lid, to reduce the curry water upto your desired consistently. Garnish with corriender leaves. Serve hot with roti, paratha or rice.
