Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 5 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 8 nos tomatoes


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 4 nos garlic


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 2 nos laung


  • 2 nos curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/3 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1 tbsp turmeric


  • 1/3 tbsp kitchen king


  • 1 tbsp maggie masala

Directions

  • Make paste of tomatoes,garlic,ginger,laung,curry leaves, green chilli
  • Roast jeera in hot oil and roast tomato paste for 5 to 6 minutes
  • Soon it will spread oil all around
  • Add fainted creamy curd inside mixture
  • Again roast on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add cut boiled potatoes
  • Your FATAFAT ALOO CURRY is ready to serve with puri or naan
