Ingredients

Serves 2

  • left over khichdi 1 cups

  • corn flour 2 tbsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • hing 1 pinch

  • coriander powder 2 tsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • oil for frying 100 ml

Directions

    Mix khichdi and corn flour

  • 02

    Add all spices

  • 03

    Knead dough without using water

  • 04

    Make small balls from it.

  • 05

    Now fry it in hot oil

  • 06

    Serve with sauce or green coriander chutney
