Ingredients

  • 1 cups left over khichdi


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 100 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix khichdi and corn flour
  • Add all spices
  • Knead dough without using water
  • Make small balls from it.
  • Now fry it in hot oil
  • Serve with sauce or green coriander chutney
