Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 150 gms boneless chicken,cut into 4-5" long strips


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups orange juice


  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes


  • 1/2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp cornflour

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with a pinch of salt , soya sauce and vinegar for 5-6 minutes.
  • Meanwhile for preparing orange sauce, heat oil in a pan,add garlic , saute it , now add orange juice.
  • Mix cornflour with 1 tablespoons of water,and mix it in orange juice,add chilli flakes ,boil it in high flame for 2-3 minutes,stir constantly , put off the flame, orange sauce is ready.
  • Meanwhile thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers,heat non-stick grilled pan, brush with oil ,put the chicken skewers on the hot pan.
  • Now add orange sauce in it, little by little ,put the flame in high .
  • Grill the chicken 3-4 minutes per side,or until cooked properly.
  • Serve hot with orange sauce.
