Heat pan and roast all whole masala and cool them. And grind them to a fine piwder.
Now add all powdered masala into grind masala.
Heat oil in a pan add boiled potatoes sauté for one minute.
Add 5 tsp grind masala and mix well.
Saute for few minutes and 2 tbsp water and salt.
Mix well so that the spices coat the potatoes. You can add more masala for your taste.
Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Saute the potatoes till they are nicly coated with spices.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with raita.
