Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms boiled baby potatoes


  • 2 tbsp cooking oil


  • 4 nos for grind : whole red kashmiri mirch


  • 10 nos whole pepper


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 4 nos elachi


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 2 tbsp sabut dhania


  • 2 tbsp dry pomegranate seeds


  • 1 tbsp jieera


  • 1 tbsp saunf/variyari


  • 2 tbsp black salt


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp for garnishing :coriander leaves

Directions

  • Heat pan and roast all whole masala and cool them. And grind them to a fine piwder.
  • Now add all powdered masala into grind masala.
  • Heat oil in a pan add boiled potatoes sauté for one minute.
  • Add 5 tsp grind masala and mix well.
  • Saute for few minutes and 2 tbsp water and salt.
  • Mix well so that the spices coat the potatoes. You can add more masala for your taste.
  • Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Saute the potatoes till they are nicly coated with spices.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with raita.
