Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups rice


  • 1/2 cups dal mungi dhuli


  • 1 nos onion (cut lengthwise)


  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)


  • 1 tbsp ginger (chopped)


  • 1 tsp green chilly (chopped)


  • 1/3 cups coriander


  • 1 tsp zeera


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp pisa dhaniya


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take A Pressure Cooker Add Rice And Dal And Wash It 5-6 Times Add 5 Cup Water, Add Whole Masale And Chopped Green Chilly.
  • Put On High Flame Wait Till One Whistle...Keep Flame Low And Cook It For 5 Minutes.
  • Keep In Pressure Heat Oil In Small Two Different Pans 1tsp In Each Pan Add Onion And Fry Till Golden Brown Simultaneously Fry Zeera, Chopped Ginger Garlic
  • In Another Pan Till Golden Fry Open Pressure Cooker Stir Rice-Dal Well Add Golden Brown Ginger, Garlic , Onions And Chopped Coriander Still Well
  • Serve Hot I Serve With Desi Ghee, Chatani, Achar And Roasted Pappad.
