Ingredients

  • Rice 1/2 cups

  • Dal Mungi Dhuli 1/2 cups

  • Onion (cut lengthwise) 1 nos

  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp

  • Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp

  • Green chilly (chopped) 1 tsp

  • Coriander 1/3 cups

  • Zeera 1 tsp

  • Haldi 1 tsp

  • Pisa dhaniya 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tsp

Directions

    Take A Pressure Cooker Add Rice And Dal And Wash It 5-6 Times Add 5 Cup Water, Add Whole Masale And Chopped Green Chilly.

    Put On High Flame Wait Till One Whistle...Keep Flame Low And Cook It For 5 Minutes.

    Keep In Pressure Heat Oil In Small Two Different Pans 1tsp In Each Pan Add Onion And Fry Till Golden Brown Simultaneously Fry Zeera, Chopped Ginger Garlic

    In Another Pan Till Golden Fry Open Pressure Cooker Stir Rice-Dal Well Add Golden Brown Ginger, Garlic , Onions And Chopped Coriander Still Well

    Serve Hot I Serve With Desi Ghee, Chatani, Achar And Roasted Pappad.
