Heat ghee in cooker and add cumin seeds, green chillis, cinnamon, ginger paste and onions.
Saute till onions are light brown.
Add turmeric powder, sprouts and mix well.
Add salt, 1/2 cup water stir to mix and cookfor 2-3 minutes.
Add beens, carrot and bell peppers. Mix well and add rice.
Mix well lightly. Add 2 cups water stir to mix and bring to a boil.
Add biryani masala and salt. Mix well.
Cover with lid and cook for 1-2 whistles. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7miniutes.
Serve hot with rayta.
