all purpose flour 1 cups
freshly prepared cottage cheese 3/4 cups
orange juice freshly prepared 1 1/4 cups
sugar 5 tbsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
butter 1/4 cups
Blend the cottage cheese well.
Mix all the ingredients properly.
Brush the tawa with butter and then pour the 1 ladle of batter in it. When one side become golden brown then toss it the other side in low flame. Now the pancakes are ready to serve.
