Ingredients

  • Paneer 150 gms

  • Aloo (medium size) 4 nos

  • Maida 1 tbsp

  • Namak - svad anusar. 1 pinch

  • Haldi - 1/2 spoon 1/2 tsp

  • Oil talne k liye 2 tbsp

  • Gravy k liye :Oil 2 tbsp

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Khda masala 1 tsp

  • Haldi 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  • Hari mirch 2 nos

  • Pisa dhaniya 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Namak - svad anusar. 1 pinch

  • Tamater 2 cups

  • Maikhane 1 cups

  • Malai 1/2 cups

  • Dahi 1 cups

  • Kta hara dhaniya 1 tbsp

Directions

    Aloo or paneer koo kis le or usme namak or maida mila de.

  • 02

    Uske 2 parts kare or 1 me haldi mila de.

  • 03

    Ab haldi vale part se chote - chote katlete bna le.

  • 04

    Ab white vale part se thoda sa mishran le kar hatheli per failaye or haldi vale katlete ko iske uper rakh kar ache se band kar de.

    Is tarah se sare kofte bna le.

  • 06

    Ab pan me oil garam karke dhimi anch per kofte fry kar le.

    Is mishran ko thanda karke dahi dal kar pees le.

  • 08

    Ab ek pan me 1 table spoon oil garam kare, usme jeera, haldi, rad chilly powder or pisa dhaniya dal kar bhune.

    Ab isme tamater ka paste dal kar 5 min bhune.

    Fir malai dale, 2 min baad namak or garam masala dal kar 2 min pakaye.

    Serve karte time kofte kat kar dale or hare dhaniya se garnish kare. Thanks
