Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs boiled & meshed lauki


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 2 nos dried red chilli


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 3 nos onion paste


  • 3 nos tomato puree


  • 1 nos hing chutkibhar


  • 1 tsp salt - to taste


  • 1/2 tsp haldi power


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp dhaniya jeera powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 tsp pavbhaji masala powder


  • 1 tbsp malai


  • 1 tbsp dahi


  • 1 tbsp corlander leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera & dried red chilli. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute
  • Add onion paste and saute it till the oil separates. Add tomato puree and saute it till the oil separates.
  • Add hing, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, garam masala & pavbhaji masala powder and mix well.
  • Add boiled & meshed lauki and mix properly and let it cook for 8 -10 minutes on a low flame covering the top with a lid.
  • Add malai & dahi and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Remove it in a serving bowl and garnish with malai & coriander leaves.
