Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera & dried red chilli. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute
Add onion paste and saute it till the oil separates. Add tomato puree and saute it till the oil separates.
Add hing, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, garam masala & pavbhaji masala powder and mix well.
Add boiled & meshed lauki and mix properly and let it cook for 8 -10 minutes on a low flame covering the top with a lid.
Add malai & dahi and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Remove it in a serving bowl and garnish with malai & coriander leaves.
