Roast the sevayan in ghee for 3-3 minute till it becomes golden brown in medium flame.
Add water and salt in it and allow it to boil in high flame.
Then add milk along with other ingredients except almond and pistachios and allow it to boil in medium flame for 5-7 minute with covering a lid.
Your chocolaty lachha is now ready.
Serve it after cooling down to room temperature by garnishing the chopped dry fruits.
