Ingredients

  • Tender baby spinach - 1 cup

  • Carrot - 1

  • Orange - 1

  • Apple - 1

  • Cucumber - 1

  • Grated ginger - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Directions

    Clean wash and chop the baby spinach.

    Peel and chop the carrot and cucumber. Taste the cucumber. It shouldn't be bitter.

    Peel the orange and discard the seeds.

  • 04

    Peel, core and chop the apple.

  • 05

    Now blend everything in a blender till smooth.

    You can add honey or rock salt, black salt and black pepper powder if you want. Add the seasoning according to your taste.

    Pour the mixture into your favourite glass and enjoy.
