Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups tender baby spinach


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1 nos orange


  • 1 nos apple


  • 1 nos cucumber


  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger


  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Clean wash and chop the baby spinach.
  • Peel and chop the carrot and cucumber. Taste the cucumber. It shouldn't be bitter.
  • Peel the orange and discard the seeds.
  • Peel, core and chop the apple.
  • Now blend everything in a blender till smooth.
  • You can add honey or rock salt, black salt and black pepper powder if you want. Add the seasoning according to your taste.
  • Pour the mixture into your favourite glass and enjoy.
