  • 1 cups curd


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Dry Roast The Lotus Seeds / Makhana In A Pan.
  • Take One Bowl Curd And Whisk It. Sprinkle ,Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder,Black Salt And Mix Well.
  • Add Roasted Makhana And Coriander Leaves And Mix Well. Garnish With Coriander Leaves,Tomato Flower And Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder.
  • Serve Chilled
