Add water in a pan. Add haldi powder, salt and drumsticks. Close with lid and allow to cook 80 %.
In other pan add oil and heat it.
Add rai and jeera. When splattered add ginger & garlic saute well.
Add curry leaves and saute well.
Add onions and saute until onion becomes soft.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Add haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder & sabji masala powder and mix well.
Add boiled drumsticks and mix well.
Close with lid and cook for 3-4minutes on slow flame.
Add groundnut powder and mix well. Then cook for 3-4minutes on slow flame.
Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves & serve with roti or rice.
