Ingredients

  • 1 bowls sprouted moong


  • 1 bowls chopped cabbage


  • 1 bowls chopped carrot


  • 1 nos chopped capsicum


  • 1 nos big chopped tomato


  • 1 nos big chopped onion


  • 5 nos cloves chopped garlic


  • 1/2 inch chopped ginger


  • 1 nos chopped green chilli


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp rai


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp sabji masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt as par taste


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tbsp chopped hara dhaniya

Directions

  • Pan ko garam kare. Rai jeera dale crackle hone par onion add kare saute kare.
  • Add garlic ginger green chilli curry leaves and 3-4minutes saute kare.
  • Sprouted moong cabbage carrot add kare mix kare dhakkar sim gas par 5 minutes pakne de.
  • Add tomatoes and 3 minutes saute kare.
  • Capsicum add kark saute kare.
  • Hing haldi powder red chilli powder dhaniya powder jeera powder sabji masala powder and salt add kare pani dalkar dhakkar sim gas par 5-7miniutes pakay.
  • Hara dhaniya se garnish kare and serve kare.
